Located about halfway between Kansas City and Lawrence in Leavenworth County, the city of Tonganoxie is home to around 5,000 residents. One of them, our new customer Tom, called us to see if we sold and installed used stair lifts. A more costly, brand new solution wasn’t their first choice because the stair lift wasn’t for them. Both of Tom’s in-laws have mobility issues that required the need for a temporary solution for their upcoming visit.
The need for multiple lifts (two sets of stairs, in this case) also created a financial strain that a pair of used lifts could help ease. So, we were happy to help Tom and his family out.
